• Tracking participation and engagement metrics
• Sharing campaigns across social media platforms

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Rise Global, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rise Global. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify Rise Global of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content, campaigns, and information you post, upload, or share through Rise Global. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and share the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use Rise Global to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post or share content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Create campaigns that encourage dangerous, illegal, or harmful activities
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written permission

5. Organization and Campaign Guidelines

5.1 Organization Creation

Organizations created on Rise Global must have a clear purpose and mission statement. Organization creators are responsible for all campaigns launched under their organization and for moderating participant behavior within their campaigns.

5.2 Campaign Integrity

Campaign creators must:

• Provide accurate descriptions of campaign goals and requirements
• Set realistic and achievable campaign parameters
• Not create campaigns that could cause physical, mental, or emotional harm to participants
• Respect intellectual property rights when creating campaign content
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding health claims, medical advice, and wellness recommendations

5.3 Participation

By joining a campaign, you acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk
• Rise Global is not responsible for the content or requirements of user-created campaigns
• You should consult appropriate professionals before participating in health, fitness, or wellness challenges
• You may withdraw from a campaign at any time

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Rise Global's Rights

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and all content provided by Rise Global, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content License

By posting content on Rise Global, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the App and our business operations.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Rise Global is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. Wellness challenges, fitness campaigns, and dietary challenges on the App are for informational purposes only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any health, fitness, or dietary program.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISE GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

11. Termination
